A refund because none of the hospitals listed your plan, a report that won’t open, or a question about a charge. Please include the e-mail you paid with and the date of the payment.
To open a saved report, use My reports.

Tell us the hospital, the procedure and what you saw. We check it against the hospital’s own price file and correct the page if we made a mistake. Hospitals can write to us the same way.
Report a priceYour data
Saved reports can be deleted any time from My reports. If you can’t sign in, write to us from the e-mail you paid with and we’ll delete them for you. See Privacy.
