Privacy

We don’t ask for your name, and the price pages use no cookies, no ads and no outside analytics. If you save a report, it is stored encrypted and you can delete it any time.

Visit counts

  • We count page views ourselves, without cookies and without any outside service, to see which pages people use. For each view we keep the page, the day, the site you came from (such as a search engine), whether it was a phone, your country and how long the page was in use.
  • To tell visits apart without cookies, we keep a code made from your connection and a random value that changes every day, so a visit can’t be followed from one day to the next. Your IP address is not stored, and counts are deleted after 13 months.
  • For the plan report we count, per day, how many previews, payment pages, paid reports and saved reports there are: numbers only, without your choices, e-mail or payment details.
  • Paid report pages and My reports are never counted as page views.

The plan report

  • What you type (procedure, area, plan, deductible) stays in your browser. It is sent to our server only to build the preview and the report, and isn’t stored there.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details and e-mail, not your procedure or plan: we send it only a coded check value so we can confirm the report you paid for. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Your report link contains the session number and, after the “#”, your choices; anyone with the link can open the report.

Saved reports (only if you choose)

  • If you tick “Keep this report in My reports” before paying, we save that report so you can open it again on any device. Without the tick, nothing is saved.
  • The saved report and your choices (procedure, area, plan, deductible) are stored encrypted. Your e-mail is not stored: we keep only a one-way code made from it, so we can find your reports when you sign in.
  • To sign in, you type your e-mail and we send a one-time link to it. That e-mail is sent through our e-mail provider and isn’t kept.
  • A sign-in keeps one cookie in your browser for 30 days, only to show your reports. “Sign out” removes it.
  • “Delete all my reports” on My reports removes your reports and sign-ins for good. You can also ask us to delete them by e-mail.
  • Saved reports are kept until you delete them. We never sell or share them, and they are never used for ads.
