• Prices are copied from hospitals’ published files and shown with their dates. Hospitals change prices; the hospital’s own quote is what counts.
• Nothing here is medical, insurance or legal advice, a quote, or a Good Faith Estimate. We don’t recommend hospitals, plans or treatments.
• The plan report is an educational estimate from the hospitals’ published rates and the figures you enter. It isn’t insurance advice, a quote, or an interpretation of your policy, and we don’t sell or recommend insurance. Your insurer decides what you owe.
• Report refunds: if the report shows no rate for your plan or insurer at any hospital, ask for a refund within 30 days.
• Saved reports show the prices as they were on the day you bought the report. Buy a new report for today’s prices.
